Kaedin Edward Milhouse how can it be a year ago today you came into our lives? You my little man have taught us so much. How to love selflessly, unconditionally, and more than we could have ever dreamed! You have changed our world. You have changed us! How can it be a year ago since the only place you would sleep was on daddy’s chest on the couch? A year ago since mommy had the great privilege of getting to bond with you every 3 hrs on the dot? A year since you peed or pooped through about 4 outfits a day? How can a year go so fast? People told us how fast time goes, but mister we were not prepared for this? We want to bottle you up and keep you at this age, we are not ready to let you grow.
As we look back at this last year, you have changed so much. You went from this little newborn who only ate, slept, peed and pooped, who didn’t sleep through the night, to a little man who ate, slept, peed pooped, and was awake more, who still didn’t sleep though the night, to a little man who ate, peed pooped, and was awake even more, who started playing and sleeping in his own bed for about 6 hr stints. To a little man who started eating baby food, playing and have a little attitude to people who were not mom or dad. To the little man we know today who has the most amazing personality already. You are so personable, so loving, you just have this sweet way about you!!! But you are quit the fit thrower when you don’t get your way. You have started to hit yourself with your hand when you are mad, and scream at the person who made you mad. But don’t worry we will work that out of you.
Kaedin Edward we love you with all that we are, you have our hearts and are so thankful that the Lord would in-trust us with you. Our prayer for you is that you would always hold God so deep inside of your heart, and follow after him. We love you mister with ever fiber in us, and are so proud of you, and this little mister you are becoming. We are excited to watch you grow and learn in this next year!!!!
