So my mommy and me were laying on the couch tonight (watching Bridezillas – those ladies are crazy!) and mommy was laying on her stomach and she told daddy that she felt something in her tummy . . . I am still pretty small, so I am not sure if it was me, but I sure am trying to make her notice me in here. So, we will keep you posted if mommy feels anything else – it is very exciting – and seems to make the whole thing more real!

Fingerprints have formed on my tiny fingertips, my veins and organs are clearly visible through my thin skin, and my body is starting to catch up with my head — which makes up just a third of my body size now. If I am a girl, I now have more than 2 million eggs in my ovaries. I am almost 3 inches long (the size of a medium shrimp – it does seem kind of weird to be compared to a sea creature that people enjoy fried, in a butter garlic sauce, or with cocktail sauce) and I weigh nearly an ounce.
